1. General
MarketplaceHub Yorkshire ("the Service") is a local classifieds platform and business directory for the Polish community in Yorkshire (UK). By using the Service you accept these Terms.
2. User account
Registration is free. Users must provide accurate information and keep their password secure. One account = one individual or legal entity.
3. Adding businesses
By adding a business you confirm you are authorised to represent it. Business details (address, phone, description) must be true and current. Logos and photos must be free of third-party rights.
4. Adding listings
Listings must relate to real items or services. A correct category, description and — where applicable — price are required. Photos must depict the actual item.
5. User responsibility
Users are fully responsible for content they publish, transactions they conduct and contacts with other users. The Service is not a party to transactions.
6. Prohibited content
- content unlawful under UK or Polish law,
- offensive, discriminatory or hateful content,
- spam, duplicates, fake listings,
- weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods,
- content infringing copyright or trademarks,
- personal data of third parties without consent.
7. Moderation
The Service team may moderate content: edit, hide or remove listings, businesses or reviews that breach these Terms — without prior notice.
8. Suspension and deletion
Accounts may be suspended or deleted for repeated Terms breaches, impersonation or actions harmful to other users.
9. Disclaimer of liability
The Service only provides a technical platform. We are not liable for the quality, legality or safety of offered goods or services, nor for the outcome of transactions between users.
10. Intellectual property
The brand, logo, layout and code of the Service are protected by copyright. Users grant the Service a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and process their content for the purpose of providing the service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
